What should I clarify if I need to communicate with a seller in another language?

Ask whether important product questions can be answered in a language you understand. If examples help, make clear that they illustrate your question rather than change the order.

What should I check if checkout reports a payment problem?

If the seller confirms that no order exists, ask what step is appropriate before trying again. Avoid changing several details repeatedly without understanding the reported problem.

What should I check before using a discount or promotional offer?

Do not assume two promotions can be combined unless that is stated. Consider whether the promotion changes any applicable order terms.
